Who are we?

THE TEAM PADEL STUDIO STORY

A passion for padel.
A drive to improve.

It starts with an idea: helping players understand their game so they can return to the court with a clear focus.

OUR AMBITION

Understand your match.
Develop your game.

Video as the starting point.
Improvement as the goal.

01 / OUR STORY

From a personal idea
to a shared adventure.

A keen padel player, Evan Lellouche sees video as an opportunity to help players improve. He starts designing the service, then developing it.

  1. 01

    The first spark

Evan wants to look beyond the match result: understand what works, identify what could improve and give players areas to work on. This idea is what starts the project.

  2. 02

    A team takes shape

Evan brings in Lyam Murciano and Romane Soussy to support him on this journey. They become his partners and together build the project that becomes TEAM Padel Studio.

  3. 03

The next chapter is at the club

We are preparing a workflow linking the court camera to the player report, through the club device and our server. It is developed in the software; validation in real conditions with a pilot club is the next step.

02 / THE TEAM

Three people.
One shared drive.

Evan, Lyam and Romane are building TEAM Padel Studio together, with a desire to create a service that fits naturally into the lives of clubs and players.

Our story

Three French students abroad, an unexpected meeting and an idea taking shape. While working at an artificial intelligence company, Evan develops the skills that inspire him to create TEAM Padel Studio.

To move his idea forward, he turns to Lyam, who has already founded several companies and brings his entrepreneurial experience. Lyam then suggests that Romane join the journey with her communications expertise. Three complementary backgrounds, brought together by one ambition: helping players improve.

03 / WHAT WE BELIEVE

Useful for players.
Simple for clubs.

Our ambition is measured by what players can understand and put into practice after a match.

CLARITY

Explain to enable action

Connect an observation to an explanation and a practical area to work on. Numbers matter when they help players improve.

RIGOUR

Be clear about what we know

Base advice on the available data and explain its limitations. Analysis performance still needs to be validated in real club conditions.

LISTENING

Build with the people who play

Test the service against club routines and player expectations. Their feedback should guide further development.
