For a match video or report, you can also contact the club where you played. It organises the session and enters the participants. The allocation of responsibilities between the club and TEAM Padel Studio must be formalised in their contract before use of the service.

02 / WHAT IS USED

The data depends on your use.

You browse the website
The pages and resources needed to display them are loaded. No advertising trackers or audience analytics tools are enabled. To deliver and protect pages, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, routing data and request information. This technical processing is separate from an audience analytics tool added to the website.
You ask the FAQ a question
The search runs in your browser using published answers. Your question is neither sent to an AI service nor recorded by the website. The chat bubble only loads the FAQ content.
You request a quote or email us
The website prepares an email contact. Information entered is not saved in a quote database on this website. Your email application lets you review and send your message; the website does not confirm delivery. If you send it, your address, message and information you choose to provide are used to handle your request. Messages are received through our Hostinger email service.
Accounts and analyses
No club or administrator space, video upload or personal report is accessible on this information website. The analysis service is separate; its processing and conditions must be explained before it opens.

For what reasons?

Quote requests are used to respond to the pre-contractual steps you request. Other messages are used to handle the enquiry you send to our team. Do not attach passwords, identity documents or sensitive data that have not been requested.

No account is needed to browse the website and FAQ. A way to contact you is needed if you expect a reply to your message.

03 / ON COURT

Analysis is not blanket permission.

This information website does not receive player videos, analyse matches or display personal reports. Presentation images do not provide access to a club’s matches.

The intended analysis service is separate from this website. Before it opens, recording conditions, player information, the respective responsibilities of the club and TEAM Padel Studio, recipients and retention periods must be defined.

What about children?

The club must arrange appropriate information and required permissions before a session. This website offers neither identity-document uploads nor a parental-authorisation process. Agreement to cookies never replaces permission to film or share an image.

04 / ACCESS

Who can access the data?

Messages sent to TEAM Padel Studio are intended for the people responsible for answering them. Hostinger provides our business email; its privacy policy describes the provider’s processing. This website does not send your FAQ questions to these services.

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers the website through an international network. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, in its data processing agreement. Hosting exclusively in France is not promised.

05 / HOW LONG IS NEEDED

For how long?

Retention depends on the purpose and type of data. Unlimited retention of correspondence is not promised.

Cookie choice
Your “Accept” or “Refuse” choice is remembered for 180 days in this browser. You can change it through “Cookies and storage”.
Language and introduction
Language is remembered until storage is cleared. The marker recording whether the introduction has played is limited to the browsing session.
Messages received by email
Quote enquiries and general messages with no contract or dispute are retained for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted from our active mailbox. Correspondence needed for a contract, a legal obligation or a dispute follows the retention periods applicable to those purposes. A copy in Hostinger’s Trash may remain for up to 30 days. Residual technical copies may temporarily remain in provider backups under its retention policy; deleting an email does not guarantee immediate erasure of all such copies.
Hosting logs
Cloudflare determines retention according to service needs, security and applicable obligations. Section 11 of its privacy policy explains these criteria without setting one period for all processing. This website adds no separate log database.

Retention of videos, reports and accounts belongs to the separate analysis service, which is not available on this website. You can contact us about information you have already provided.

A cookie is a small file saved in your browser. Local storage can also remember information on your device. Here is how they are used on TEAM Padel Studio and the choices available to you.

What is used and why
Your cookie choice · 180 days
A local record remembers your choice, its date and the notice version. It contains neither your name nor email address. Without a new choice, the notice returns after 180 days.
Your language · until storage is cleared
The technical preference “tps-public-language” only remembers your “fr” or “en” choice in this browser. You can change it with FR / EN or clear it in your browser settings. It is not synced with your account.
Home page introduction · browsing session
A marker kept in this tab prevents the animation from replaying each time you return to the home page. It contains no personal contact details and is not sent to the server.
What do “Accept” and “Refuse” mean?

These buttons remember your choice about optional cookies. No optional cookies are currently enabled: both choices allow only essential items to operate. Trackers strictly necessary for a requested service remain active for that service, even if you refuse.

If new purposes requiring consent are added, they must remain disabled until you make a new, informed choice. Your current acceptance does not cover future uses.

How can I change my choice or clear cookies?

Use the button below or “Cookies and storage” at the bottom of each page to reopen the notice. You can also clear local data in your browser settings. This removes language and cookie preferences and allows the introduction to play again. An older display preference can also be cleared this way.

The choice belongs to this browser: it does not sync with your other devices. If storage is blocked or cleared, the choice cannot be remembered.

07 / STAY IN CONTROL

Access, correct, request.

Subject to the conditions in applicable regulations, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. The right to object and data portability depend on the processing and its legal basis. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.

Email evan@teampadelstudio.fr with your request and, for a match, the relevant club and date. You may also contact the club to help identify it. Do not send an identity document unsolicited: appropriate proof may be requested only where reasonably necessary to resolve a doubt about identity.

A request must receive a response within one month. This period may be extended by two months under the conditions set out in the GDPR, with notice during the first month. The rights of other players and applicable retention obligations must also be respected.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can make a complaint to the CNIL.

Changes must be explained.

This page will be updated when hosting is chosen, retention periods are set or processing changes. The date at the top indicates the version shown. Simply continuing to browse will not be treated as acceptance of new processing.
